Hi ~ I'm Anna Gambel. I set up Moody Tom Jewellery in 2007 after discovering the natural beauty and amazing range of freshwater pearl jewellery. As a designer, I fell in love with the choice and versatility - yet the fun and eye-catching concepts now possible!

My friends agreed ~ they feel great wearing this individual jewellery. It can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion and they enjoy the extra attention they receive just wearing my designs!

Early this year I returned to Shanghai to create a new Collection with the designers. I am now wanting to share this with you - in my new Internet Shop!

Moody Tom Jewellery is made without compromise so that you can wear it without compromise.

I have spent much time reassuring myself of the strong ethical foundation in the sourcing, manufacturing, and realisation of my designs. All the items I sell have been made by small shops in Shanghai – none are factory made.  I have met all the people involved in the making of each piece and can guarantee that they are all adults who work a normal working day.

All the pieces are individual – none are identical due to the relaxed way in which they are created.  They will be made from the same component parts but the finished article will depend on who has constructed it!

Reasonably Priced

Some people ask me if they are actually wearing pearls as my prices are so reasonable - others refer to my jewellery as ‘beads’ ~ I can assure you that they are all Freshwater Pearls but at ‘bead’ prices!
